Trainer

Hello! My name is Paulo Ferreira and I have a degree in Physical Education and Sports.

I am directly connected to the football area as a coach and also to the physical exercise area with a personal trainer.

I embraced this project because I identify with this philosophy of outdoor training, being myself an advocate for it. I enjoy helping people meet and exceed their goals.
