Hello!! I'm Marta and I'm one of the nutritionists who will accompany you on this challenge.

Do you want to know a little more about me? 

​

I have a degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias de Lisboa and an effective member of the Ordem dos Nutricionistas since 2019. dos Nutricionistas, at the Baixo Alentejo Health Unit, where I developed projects in the community area and fell in love with the clinical area.

Since I started my professional career, as an effective member of the Order, I have focused on weight management and sports and I do my best to keep myself up to date by attending training courses and courses in these two areas.  

​

In short, during a consultation you will realize that I don't follow fundamentalisms and I believe that our diet should be healthy, but also flexible and adapted to each one's routines.
